WAITING ON THE FRONT LINE OF NO MAN'S LAND
Observation Points of the Peschmerga at Kalash Khanah, 65km southwest of Arbil in Kurdistan in Iraq.
A glimpse into the long periods of waiting during wars that, besides the fightings often pictured in the news, are as well a reality for the soldiers.
The villages controlled by fighters of the so-called Islamic State are less than 20km away. The border is watched by Peschmerga Forces who are observing the "no man's land" in between.
