LAILA SIEBER IS A REPORTER, PHOTOGRAPHER AND INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST

She studied 'Audiovisual Media' in Stuttgart, 'Photojournalism and Documentary Photography' in Hanover and Gent, as well as journalism at the Reportageschule Reutlingen.
Besides she worked as camera assistant on filmsets, as picture editor for the weekly newspaper DIE ZEIT and as photographer for the daily newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
Her work has been published by DIE ZEIT, DER SPIEGEL, Sueddeutsche Zeitung, Republik, Fluter, F.A.Z., WOZ and taz, among others. Together with colleagues from DIE ZEIT, she was honoured with the German Reporter:innenpreis in the category ‘Investigation’ in 2024.
